or when your home or Condo is for sale. We can inspect your home on a weekly, bi-weekly
or monthly basis. Home Watch plan's can be customized to fit your needs.

Home Watch Rates (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
Condos/Townhomes $25 – $30
Homes(under 3299 sq ft) $30 – $35
Homes(3300-4999 sq ft) $40 – $45
Homes(over 5000 sq ft) $55 – $100
After a Hurricane One time Home watch fee of $65.00 , For damage check ,Hazard pay for checking of House/condo Due to trees down, power lines down and Gas shortage.
Toilet and Drain water, if left to evaporate, can allow the vile smell of sewer to
escape into your home and let Cockroaches/ Frogs to enter the home . It's important to cycle the water so that the water doesn't completely empty in all
the fixtures...
Even a minor leak, if unattended can turn into a major problem.
If an air-conditioner should shut down, freeze or leak, mold can start to
grow within 24 hours.
"While you are away, the mice will play." Rodents can crawl through a hole
as small as a dime and wreak havoc.
Monthly inspections can head off problems with exterior maintenance before
HOA are in.
Standard Inspection Checks:
- Check list of every Home Inspection date
- Turn on/off water (if requested) And I strongly Recommend it and I do at each inspection unless you have auto fill for your swimming pool that the builder did not install before the house water turn off valve (not good)
- Turn down a/c to test for cooling
- Run water in sinks and tubs, flush & clean toilets
- Check for signs of pests or insects
- Check for signs of mold
- Check to make sure all doors and windows are securely locked
- Check for signs of water damage on floors, ceilings and walls If visible
- Check refrigerator/freezer.
- Run garbage disposal
- Check toilets and under sinks for leaks
- Check circuit breaker box for signs of surge or tripped breakers
- Check air conditioner drain line for water leaks or blockage
- Check hot water tank for leaks and turn off well not in use
- Check for unusual odors.
- Run electric hurricane shutters monthly
Handyman and Additional Services: (Fee Required) (Handyman Services)
$65 Per Hour *. 1 Hour Minimum including Travel Time
Prices may very due to inflation & fuel costs
- Meet with contractors, pest control, or any other necessary service providers.
- Serve as security alarm notification agent.
- Manage and take care of problems for owners who rent their homes.
- Hurricane Shutters – ELECTRIC & ACCORDION ONLY
- Clean out spoiled food in fridges after power outage $85.00
- Corrugated hurricane panels starting at $225.00 up and down each service time per average size home (NO second Story Work)
